Duchess Kate’s sister, Pippa Middleton, turned heads at Wimbledon yesterday as she watched the historic tennis competition from the stands. Adding a touch of contemporary cool to the Centre Court, Pippa donned a red and gray sixties inspired geometric print Edie dress ($417, Tabitha Webb), accessorized with pale gray suede pumps and matching clutch. With her hair left loose, the aunt to the future King of England looked happy and confident as she watched the fourth round matches from the Royal Box.

Despite its name, the Royal Box isn’t only for the likes of Kate and Pippa; it also often includes distinguished guests, players’ families and celebrities. On July 4, Pippa was joined in the box by a different type of royalty: the queen of style herself, Vogue editor, Anna Wintour. The keen tennis fan looked right at home sitting just in front of Pippa, wearing a mid-calf blue Chanel summer dress with her trademark sunglasses and Manolo Blahnik sandals. Ms. Wintour seemed to be enjoying the play as she she chatted to Mirka Federer, wife of tennis star Roger Federer. Who wouldn’t love to be a fly on one of those chairs? But the conversation we all really wish we could eavesdrop on is what Wintour thought of the controversial Nike Nightie, the rather revealing outfit that has garnered so much attention during the first days of the tournament.
