Having built a multi-million dollar empire and a beautiful family with husband Tom Brady, former supermodel Gisele Bündchen has always felt like a champion of the phrase more than just a pretty face.

There’s no denying she has stunning Brazilian good looks and she certainly knows how to employ them, but on her Instagram, her fans have gotten to know more than just her catwalk strut or her large, feminine eyes … she’s offered us glimpses of her other talents, ones that otherwise might remain well-hidden behind the sparkling curtain of fame.

These talents range from being a good (and sometimes goofy) mother, cooking (albeit in a very nice kitchen), or taking gorgeous scenic photographs (yes, it helps that her home has a fabulous view), and then pairing them with pieces of poetry she likes, or personal thoughtful musings before sharing them with fans. There’s something soft and real about her posts that hint at a person of greater depth than the 2-D version of her we see on magazine covers or TV.

But her latest reveal stopped Instagrammers everywhere mid-scroll: Gisele can sing. And play guitar. What’s more? She may be a self-professed novice, but she sings and plays pretty well—soulfully, even. Which might have something to do with the way the sunlight glows behind her loose wavy hair, but it’s also partly her choice of song: It’s simple and beautiful. Just listen:

Obrigada @AnaVilelaoficial por ter criado uma música tão verdadeira. A letra é tão inspiradora que até me arrisquei a cantar #trembala #mandandoamor☀🙏🏼❤Thank you @AnaVilelaoficial for such a truthful song. The lyrics are so inspiring that I decided to take a risk and play it. #sendinglove Lyrics: It's not about having all of the people in the world for you It's about knowing that somewhere someone is looking after you It's singing and being able to hear more than your own voice It's about dancing in the rain of life that's falling on us. It is knowing to feel the infinity in a universe so big and so beautiful It's knowing to dream And so make it worth every verse, of that beautiful poem about believing It's not about getting on top of the world, knowing that you won It's about the climb and feeling that the way just made you strong It's being shelter and also home for other hearts And this way have friends with you in all of the situations We can't have everything What would be the fun in this world if it was like that That's why I rather have the smiles, and the gifts that life brought closer to me It's not about everything that your money is able to buy But all of the moments and smile that we get to share all around Not about running against the time to always have more Because when you least expect, your life ran out of time Just hold your son in your arms smile and hold tight your parents while they are here Cause life is a Bullet train , and we are only passengers waiting to leave

The lyrics—which Gisele translates in her post for her mostly English speaking audience—are comforting and inspiring:

It’s not about having all of the people in the world for you
It’s about knowing that somewhere someone is looking after you
It’s singing and being able to hear more than your own voice
It’s about dancing in the rain of life that’s falling on us.
It is knowing to feel the infinity in a universe so big and so beautiful
It’s knowing to dream
And so make it worth every verse, of that beautiful poem about believing
It’s not about getting on top of the world, knowing that you won
It’s about the climb and feeling that the way just made you strong
It’s being shelter and also home for other hearts
And this way have friends with you in all of the situations
We can’t have everything
What would be the fun in this world if it was like that
That’s why I rather have the smiles, and the gifts that life brought closer to me
It’s not about everything that your money is able to buy
But all of the moments and smile that we get to share all around
Not about running against the time to always have more
Because when you least expect, your life ran out of time
Just hold your son in your arms smile and hold tight your parents while they are here
Cause life is a Bullet train , and we are only passengers waiting to leave

The original song is by artist Ana Vilela (who Gisele credits in her post) and it’s a lovely reflection on life, family, and kindness to others. Gisele said she wanted to share it with her followers, despite feeling a little embarrassed to play for an audience that large, because it’s “such a truthful song. The lyrics are so inspiring that I decided to take a risk and play it.” She added the hashtag: #sendinglove.

With over 1.6 million views in just three days, people are absolutely receiving this message of love and passing it on. All we can say is: Well played, Gisele. Well played.
